For the most part, I was just playing with gradients. The image of Stonehenge would always be at the bottom of the site, giving each page a “done” quality.
Yeah, yeah. I like boobs. You get it. I was playing with transparency. This is actually a solid layout and worked for a long time. I hated how low the menu was though. That part really annoyed me.
What can I say? I miss the ocean. I was also playing with hover images for the menu. All in all a pretty nice layout. Plus I love how my logo looks.
Looking back, this is pretty lame. Just a transparent rose. If I had the talent, and time, I should have made the Digital Rain code face a different direction on each pedal. Oh well.
I got the idea from studying Bipolar Disorder. Luckily I found a model who had done two stock images that fit. I like the concept of people being able to be calm and reserved while also being strong and exciting. Duality.
